Golden Peak Lodge

When you stay with us at the Golden Peak Lodge, you have a private locker to store your sports equipment, and an elevator for ease of accessibility, and one parking space in our secure underground garage. Enjoy the convenience of the Larkspur restaurant, to-go market, ski school, ticket office, and rental shop all on site. The Children’s Center is next door.

Deposit + Final Payment

Your reservation deposit is due upon booking reservation. The reservation deposit is equal to 50% of the total cost to stay. Final Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. All payments must be US currency. Nightly rates are based on 12-person occupancy.

Security Deposit

We require a minimum of one nights stay (at the highest rate) refundable deposit to use in case of loss or damage to the property or any other expenses that need to be charged to you after departure. In the event of any damages, there will be a statement sent to you with an explanation within 14 days from departure. Security Deposits are refunded within 14 business days of check out, or in the case of third-party bookings please refer to your rental or travel agent policy. Rental Guest agrees to be responsible for all and any damage to the residence/rental property, and authorized their rental agent/travel agent or third-party booking company to charge such damages to their credit card accordingly.

Cancellations

Full refunds less 25% cancellation fee of the total accommodations is given if notice is received more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. If notice is received less than 60 days from arrival, there will be a full forfeiture of all monies received. No refunds are given for weather related or road conditions. We recommend you purchase travel insurance in consideration of unforeseen circumstances disrupting your travel plans. Please contact your rental or travel agent for available options.
